I purchase 2TB Portable External Hard Disk Drive from Lazada. I'm using my workplace address for the delivery because I afraid I'm not at home if they send the item.
Here's the problem. I received an email on Saturday saying the item has been delivered. Luckily I working overtime so I went to the office to check it. But I only get an empty package.
I already call the hotline number to report and they request a photo attached email for the problem. I sent it and still no feedback.
